"Since the very start, Susan has had nothing but praise from the client...she works in a difficult environment, but has become an integral part of the team. She has built up relationships with the residents and Caretech staff, resulting in the smooth running of the contract and consistently great audits.
Sue has also helped train the weekend cleaner, outside of her usual hours, to ensure the service delivered on Saturdays and Sundays is as excellent as during the week. Her quality of work, excellent attitude and dedication to the highest standard of service means that she really is a Rapid Superstar."

Jason Walters, Head Teacher at Horley Infant School, said:

"Both Lynne and Kirsty have worked incredibly hard over the past year with some incredibly challenging circumstances. They have often absorbed the responsibilities of other cleaners due to challenges within recruitment and retention and are always here with a smile, ready to take on the challenges of cleaning our school. They are flexible and accommodating when we have school events and are always there to respond to incidents when needed. We are grateful for their hard work and dedication during this challenging time."

Rhonda Joy WARD and Sharon Christina LOADER who clean Aeronautical & General Instruments Ltd in Poole

Craig Love from Rapid Clean said:

"I thoroughly enjoy visiting the staff at the contract, they are very bubbly and always happy in addition to providing an extremely high standard of cleaning. They have never let me down and are both extremely reliable. They are so well liked at AGI having cleaned there for a number of years they get invited to company functions, fun days etc. Keep up the good work."

Bradley Smith, Facilities Officer at Aeronautical & General Instruments Ltd, said:

"I am very pleased to hear that both lovely ladies are up for nomination. I am lucky enough to see them every morning and they always have a smile on their face. They are both extremely helpful and they have never questioned me when asked to do that little bit extra when needed. I am extremely grateful for the hard work they do for us but unfortunately, I wouldn’t be able to say that one is better than the other because they are such a good team together. I know if I had it my way, they would both get a superstar reward."

Left to Right: Karen Henry-Arthur (Rapid Clean), Christopher Kraty, Bernice Anim (Rapid Clean), Emily Hunter (Rapid Clean)

Chris started working for us here at head office, when his previous role as cleaner at Global Knowledge in Wokingham, ended. This was due to a closure of their Wokingham site. We were very keen to ensure that Chris' dedication and excellent cleaning skills, were used elsewhere. We certainly got lucky and hope to keep him here for as long as possible!
