Team Building and a New Employee of the Season

Annual Company Meeting 2023

The nature of our business means that more than half of our head office team spends most of their day out on the road. We therefore like to take the opportunity to get together to have some fun and inspire each other. This year our meeting was focused on how we are doing as a company, feedback from our employee survey, and looking at which areas we want to concentrate on improving over the next 12 months.

Before the serious bit, we spent an hour in teams working out 'Who Dunnit' in a table top escape game courtesy of Escape Game Events. Most of us love a bit of competition; some more than others! Below are the (very proud) winners, who worked out the answer in just 45 minutes!

Our Latest Employee of the Season

Whilst we were all together, we took the opportunity to present our Employee of the Season Award. Votes were collated from employees nominating a colleague who they felt had gone above and beyond in their role during the previous season. Whilst many people were nominated, we had a clear winner for Spring 2023 with 5 nominations in total - congratulations Larainy Rosa!

Larainy joined Rapid Clean as a Contracts Manager last year and looks after customers in Berkshire. She works quietly and diligently, and has made a great impression on customers as well as colleagues. These were the nominations Larainy received...

  • Always very polite and unassuming. The feedback I have received from operations, sales and support functions has been very positive. A real credit to our team.

  • Always happy, friendly and responsive at all times, a great asset to the Rapid team.

  • I think this person has been doing really well recently, they are so helpful and kind and always have a smile on their face when they come into the office!

  • They always come across really positive and seem to care a lot about their job, customers and staff. A lovely person to speak to and work with!

  • This person is a great CM to work with. She has picked up Ezitracker and the processes amazingly! All her hard work and dedication makes the processing of her payroll so much easier. Keep up the good work.

And if all that wasn't enough...Larainy was also in the winning Escape Game team! Well done Larainy, you are a fantastic asset to the Rapid Clean team.
