Introducing our Rapid Superstar of Q4 2016

Suzanne Whitton • Mar 27, 2017

Last week we welcomed William Gablah into our head office in Wokingham. We were pleased to present William with his prize and announce him as our Rapid Superstar of the last quarter of 2016.

Andrew Hollister (Regional Manager), Goran Velinovski (Contracts Manager), William Gablah (Superstar), Jeff Whitton (Managing Director), Paul Claxton (Operations Director)

William currently cleans for Rapid at 3 different sites – Highwood Primary School, The Six Bells and Balmore Park Surgery. He was nominated by Goran Velinovski who is our Contracts Manager in the Reading area.

Cindy Edwards, the Business Manager at Highwood Primary, said this about him:

“We are happy that William has been nominated.  He is a good cleaning operative and a good leader of the team and standards have improved of late under his supervision.  Keep up the good work William!”

We are thrilled to have someone as committed and reliable as William representing our company. This is what William had to say about his job and working for Rapid:

“I joined rapid clean when I was desperately looking for a job. I love working for Rapid because I have a good manager who is good to everyone. When working for a company, you should treat it like your own because it earns food on the table and you should have a good relationship with your work mates, which I do here. Communication is so important, especially if your Manager is good. It gives you hope and confidence even if the work is hard. I want to thank my manager Goran, for his hard work and thanks to the managers and members in the office with the amazing work you guys are doing – all nice people. Bless you all.”

Great to have you as part of the team, William!
