Nominations for Rapid Superstar Quarter 3 of 2017

Suzanne Whitton • Nov 20, 2017

Nominations for last quarter’s Rapid Superstar are in! Celebrating hard work and dedication is important to us, so every person mentioned below will receive a gift voucher to say thank you for their continued commitment to Rapid Clean.

Mary Gribben-Welsh nominates:   Lorraine Ward from Total Gas & Power

Lorraine is very loyal and hardworking, goes over and above her duties and is very much liked by our client.

Bernice Anim nominates: Mandy Howell and Kalsoom Assi from the Woodley Centre

It is not just that they are great at helping with cover but Mandy and Kalsoom are good cleaners who care about their job and are also liked by the customer. I am nominating them because they deserve to be praised.

Sue Kirby nominates: Jenny Pollard, Supervisor at Reading Girls School

Jenny has been employed by us for a while now and has taken to the role of Supervisor very well. She is always amicable, sorts things out before we are aware and always fills us in afterwards. Jenny has been an asset if Sue is on holiday, she is taking to her new responsibility in daily liaisons with our customer and has been in contact with us daily. An asset to Rapid and never absent, always willing to go the extra mile to make sure all is done at Reading Girls. In August/September she has also accompanied Sue on another school to deep clean when she was struggling.

Luke Dobson nominates: Valerie Harris from the New Clock Inn

Valerie never lets me down and her holidays are always booked weeks in advance. She is happy to do anything no matter the task. She’s also helped covering sites and lets me know what stock is needed before she has run out.

Craig Love nominates: Anne Harris from Oak Telecom

I am extremely confident visiting Oak Telecom that the standards will be excellent. The client has met Anne on occasions and voiced that she is very content with the standard of cleaning being delivered by her.

Solomon Adadevoh nominates: Leticia Akowuah from NeoNickel

Since I took over the contract, there has not been a single complaint about standards at that site. Leticia is always on time and goes over and beyond to please the customer. A real superstar in my eyes.

Aga Skupien nominates: Anna Ostaszewska from Axon, Okanargon and Riverbourne

Anna is a very hard working person, working on many of our sites. She is always happy to help on other sites and others managers. She really deserves to be nominated.

Manuela Ribeiro nominates: Ibrahim Adeyinka from the Pavilion

Ibrahim goes the extra mile every day to deliver outstanding service and he has the can do attitude that spreads to the rest of the team. Ibrahim takes ownership of the delivery of the contract everyday.

He manages problems efficiently and the client doesn’t even know that there was a problem. Ibrahim definitely deserves to be recognized for all his dedication to Rapid & Pavilion.

Eddie Kalule nominates: Bernadette Conger Thompson from Gladstone Park Primary School

Mrs Thompson has been excellent since we were called back into this school. She has helped all cleaning staff to settle in well taking on board issues and to sort them out with her staff without even needing my involvement, organising cover as well as having a good relationship with the customer. I think I am really lucky to have her in my team and she deserves my vote.

Peter Soares nominates: Ewa Ficek from the Reeds Arms

She’s a hard worker, committed, helpful and she’s always smiling. She’s been with Rapid for quite some time, she deserves to be nominated!

Ingrid Antonio nominates: Dennis Kallmeyer and Victoria Videou from The Spa Beckenham

Both these staff go above and beyond to help working the normal shift 2-7 and continue through to early morning and back the following afternoon. They are always there when needed.

Well done everyone! The winner will be announced later this month when they will be invited in to head office to receive their prize.
