Rapid Superstar Nominations Quarter 4 of 2017

Suzanne Whitton • Feb 05, 2018

It’s time to announce the cleaning operatives who have been nominated to win our Rapid Superstar award for quarter 4 of 2017. We launched this award a few years ago and it has been a great opportunity to reward our cleaners who go above and beyond in their role.

To follow is a list of all the cleaners who have been nominated this quarter and the reasons why their line manager thinks they deserve to win.

Solomon Adadevoh nominates Donald Madega who cleans The Huntsman and Sawston Medical Practice.

“Donald is very helpful, he works extra hours to keep the site running if some of the other staff call in sick and he is also instrumental in the work being done at Sawston.  He has also helped to find additional cleaners at The Huntsman when we were short. A real superstar in my eyes.”

Aga Skupien nominates  George Andoh who cleans at Airport Bowl, Ferrari Express, Regency Shipping, St Matthews School and West Byfleet Golf Club.

“He is a great employee, always happy to help even with the most difficult tasks. He has a fantastic relationship with the customers. It is a huge pleasure to work with him and have him in my team. Considering the length of his service he truly deserves to be called a winner.”

Craig Love nominates  Brian Down who cleans at Fenwick Hospital.

“The rapport that Brian has built with the client is second to none and he continually goes above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that the site remains spotlessly clean. If it were possible I would clone Brian!”

Sue Kirby nominates Christina Salvalagio  who cleans Poppies Beaconsfield and West Wycombe School.

“She is always very helpful she helped out Andy greatly while I was away.”

Peter Soares nominates Lidia Rusin who cleans at Bowman House, Swindon.

“She’s reliable and always keeps the standards very high. The customer is really happy with her and so am I!”

Goran Velinovski nominates Rebecca Ore who cleans at Swallowfield Medical

“She is a very good cleaner and never let me down. Standards at the site are always good and her communication is excellent with me and the customer.”

Bernice Anim nominates  Frederick Otoo who cleans at Brookside Surgery, Buzz Gym Reading, Lifespring Church and South Lake Primary.

“This cleaner is such a good guy who considers every detail of his cleaning. If I have no one to cover for me, he steps in to cover and he does his job to perfection. Although he has been nominated before, he still deserves the praise.”

Dominic Diawuo nominates Mohammad Manir who cleans at Westminster Lodge.

“Mohammad was TUPE’d from another company and since he’s joined Rapid, he is a very committed supervisor. His work ethic and dedication has brought about a positive change during the transition period our contract at Westminster Lodge.”

Vaiva Petronyte nominates Margaret Norgbey  who cleans at Watford Grammar School.

“Not only does she help in every way on her own site, she has helped me on numerous occasions in finding staff around surrounding areas on short notice etc.”

Ingrid Antonio nominates Gabino Quispe Huaraca who cleans at The Castle Leisure Centre.

“Gabino is a great member of staff and will do all he can to help when the going gets really bad. He moves from site to site to help.”

Joseph Rocha nominates Millena Oliveira  who cleans at Pure Offices.

“Since her arrival the service has settled in really well and she has helped to deep clean numerous schools.”

Diana Marothy nominates Adna Laurindo who cleans at CIPHR.

“She is the kindest person and she is a very reliable and a good cleaner. She never lets me down.”

Our directors, Jeff and Paul, will choose the winner who will be notified in due course. All those nominated will receive a letter and a small prize. Good luck to everyone!
