Rapid Superstar Award Quarter 1 of 2016 – Nominations

It’s always great to read the wonderful feedback that our cleaning operatives receive but better still, is the opportunity to put it into writing and share it here.

If you’re a Rapid customer or a Rapid employee, we hope that you will enjoy reading about this quarter’s Superstar nominees and join us in congratulating them for their hard work and dedication to the company.

 

 

Paul Gibson, Cleaning Supervisor at Albea.

Paul was nominated by Joseph Muwonge, Rapid’s Contracts Manager. This is what Joseph had to say about him:

“Paul is the supervisor and fulfills his duties diligently, communicates well and makes every effort to ensure that the site is serviced well.”

Michaela Jarcau, Cleaning Operative at Beechwood School, Brightwater Inn and Kaplan Financial. 

Michaela was nominated by Andy Hollister, Rapid’s Regional Manager. This is what Andy had to say about her:

“Micheala is a valued employee who has never failed to accept extra work to cover employees’ holidays or sickness whatever the distance and time of day .

Michaela is a lovely person whom I have grown to know since she has been employed by Rapid.

Micheala has also just accepted a deep clean and exceeded the customer’s standards on a brand new contract in Winchester. She valued and appreciated member of the south coast cleaning team.”

Fatouma Liddle, Cleaning Operative at Sunningdale School.

Fatouma was nominated by Premek Wrotnowski, Rapid’s Regional Manager. This is what Premek had to say about her:

“Fatouma is very positive, proactive and always willing to help. She goes over and above in her role as cleaning operative.”

Patricia Teane, Cleaning Operative at Dage Holdings and Space Business Centres, Aylesbury.

Patricia was nominated by Obediah Shipe, Rapid’s Regional Manager. This is what Obe had to say about her:

“Patricia always completes her tasks with a smile and always helps with cover when she can. She has very good communication with me and customers.”

Marek Salinski and Mariola Paczkowska, Cleaning Operatives at Index.  

Marek and Mariola were nominated by Aga Skupien, Rapid’s Contracts Manager. This is what Aga had to say:

“Marek and Mariola are both reliable, hard-working people and keep good relations with the client.”

Yeboah Kwasi Amponsah, Cleaning Operative at Radlett Golf Club.

Yeboah was nominated by Eddie Kalule, Rapid’s Contracts Manager. This is what Eddie had to say about him:

“Yeboah is very consistent, committed and reliable. He works 7 days a week in a difficult location to get public transport and it is an early morning shift. The customer always gives positive feedback about him, not only about his cleaning but also his cooperation with both club members and members of staff. He always works with a smile on his face.”

Kelly Williams, Cleaning Operative at South Lake School. 

Kelly was nominated by Bernice Anim, Rapid’s Contracts Manager. This is what Bernice had to say about her:

“Kelly is a very hard working young lady, very conscientious about her work. She is reliable and always ready help. Kelly attended school at South Lake and the teachers will be very pleased to hear that we value and appreciate our operatives for their hard work.”

Michael Laryea, Cleaning Operative at The Swan.

Michael was nominated by Goran Velinovski, Rapid’s Contracts Manager. This is what Goran had to say about him:

” Michael is flexible, friendly and very good cleaner.”

Ronald Kalule, Cleaning Operative at Palmerston, Ramblers Rest and St Mildred’s Church. 

Ronald was nominated by Peter Soares, Rapid’s Contracts Manager. This is what Peter had to say about him:

“Ronald works at 3 different sites in Croydon and has been a Rapid employee for years. He’s doing a great job and he’s very helpful, polite and reliable. I always receive excellent feedback from our customers.”

Well done to everyone. We will announce the winner of this quarter’s Rapid Superstar Award as soon as the decision has been made. All of the staff mentioned here will receive a small ‘thank you’ gift in appreciation.
