Jeff is one of the founding members of Rapid, signing the first ever customer back in 1999. Jeff dedicates his time to ensuring that Rapid builds on its reputation of providing an excellent cleaning service at an affordable price. He is continually looking for ways to improve and stay one step ahead of the rest.
Paul is a co-founder of Rapid, starting the company with an extensive history in operations, particularly in the cleaning industry. As Operations Director, Paul has ultimate responsibility for delivering a professional commercial cleaning service to all of our customers.
Claire joined Rapid in March 2015, having held several management positions including Financial Controller EMEA at the International HQ of a global leader in the hi-tech industry. Claire oversees the accounts team and has overall responsibility for the financial aspects of the organisation.
Human Resources Manager
Emily joined Rapid in June 2015. After completing her Undergraduate CIPD and Masters degree in Human Resources, she held several roles in the HR field. Emily came to Rapid wanting to use her knowledge and experience to improve HR processes and help develop a team of motivated employees.
Head of Customer Services
After being in a management role at Heathrow Airport, Karen came to Rapid in 2008, looking“for a quiet life”. Karen claims that she didn’t plan to stay long or play such a vital part within the business – 11 years later and she’s still here! Karen aims to inspire and challenge the customer service team at Rapid and is first point of contact for customers.
Jessica has been a Rapid employee since 2012. She joined as a Telemarketer and was promoted to Field Sales Executive 6 months later. With an impressive track record in winning large contracts, especially in our local Reading area, she became Sales Manager in July 2016.
Gareth started his career with Rapid back in 2004, as supervisor for a small number of contracts. After 12 years, Gareth had certainly proved his long-term dedication to the company and in 2016, we were pleased to promote him to the role of Operations Manager. Gareth leads a team of Contracts Managers and cleaning staff covering south coast through to Bristol areas.
Paul joined the Rapid team in late 2018. Prior to that, he had been in management for 15 years, working for a variety of different companies. One of those companies was a large UK cleaning company, so he brought with him a wealth of knowledge and experience in the cleaning industry. Paul leads a team of Contracts Managers and cleaning staff covering London, east Home Counties through to Cambridgeshire.
Sabeeh began working for Rapid as a Contracts Manager back in December 2017. He very quickly proved his dedication to providing Rapid customers with a high-class cleaning service and was promoted to Operations Manager, as a result. Sabeeh leads a team of Contracts Managers and cleaning staff in London and the west Home Counties.
Eddie began his employment with Rapid as a cleaning operative, back in 2001. He is a loyal employee, who is spoken very highly of by customers and colleagues alike. Eddie has gained a wealth of cleaning knowledge over the 17 years and as a result, was promoted to Operations Manager in January 2018. Eddie leads a team of Contracts Managers and cleaning staff in west London through to Oxfordshire.
