Barbara BAJER  who cleans in Thatcham, Berkshire

She drops everything on the spot if anyone calls in sick and goes to work to cover the shift (most of the time she is already on her way when I message her). "Barbara is a highly valued member of the team and is very well respected by a lot of colleagues that she interacts with. She continually goes above and beyond and has done this since day one. She constantly makes herself available at short notice to cover shifts when other cleaners are sick or on holiday, often working longer hours than required during a working day. Her very personable character and work ethic is exceptional, and this shows in the service that her team delivers, making sure the site is cleaned to the high standard that is expected.
