Celebrating Milestone Work Anniversaries - Q1 2025
Given the high rate of employee turnover in the cleaning sector, we take care to publicly recognise and honour all staff members who have achieved significant anniversaries.
Many of the individuals highlighted in today's post have spent their entire careers with Rapid Clean working at the same location!
Celebrating 10 Years with Rapid Clean
Adenir Wolf currently works at 4 sites across Berkshire and Oxfordshire. He celebrated his 10 year Rapid work anniversary on 14th January.
Nisle Wolf also currently works at 4 sites across Berkshire and Oxfordshire. She celebrated her 10 year Rapid work anniversary on 14th January.
Carol Wilson has worked at St John the Evangelist C of E Primary School, in Oxfordshire, for 10 years. She's done such a great job here that she was nominated for our Rapid Superstar Award in Q2 of 2024. She celebrated her 10 year Rapid work anniversary on 2 February.
Tanya Metcalf currently works at Ditco Business Services, in Surrey, where she was crowned our Rapid Superstar Award in Q1 of 2024 (the kind words from Ditco are a must-read!). She celebrated her 10 year anniversary on 30th March.
Celebrating 5 Years with Rapid Clean
Jerzy Miadowicz currently works Cambridge Access Surgery Malling Health Ltd, in Warrington, & Huntsman Advanced Materials UK Ltd, in Cambridgeshire. He has also worked at other sites in Cambridgeshire over the past 5 years and celebrated his 5 year anniversary on 20th January.
Sandra Morris has worked at Poole Grammar School ever since she started working at Rapid and celebrated her work anniversary on 21st January.
Susan Bundhoo celebrated her 5 year anniversary with Rapid on 3rd February and has worked at Vonage Business Ltd, in Hampshire, since the start of her employment with us in 2020.
Maria Da Silva Martins has worked at Farnborough Hill School, in Hampshire, for the whole 5 years. She celebrated her work anniversary on 3rd February .
Nicola Deamer has worked at Farnborough Hill School, in Hampshire, for the whole 5 years. She celebrated her work anniversary on 3rd February.
Buddhi Lechharbo has worked at Farnborough Hill School, in Hampshire, for the whole 5 years. She celebrated her work anniversary on 3rd February.
Jonathan Frimpong has been working at The Pines School, in Berkshire, since 2020. He also works at Our Lady's Prep School, in Berkshire, and celebrated his 5 year work anniversary on 29th February.
Katarzyna Girzynska works at Beaufort Community Primary School, in Surrey, for the past 5 years and celebrated her work anniversary on 4th March.
Richmond Boateng Owusu has spent 5 years working St Mary's C of E Primary School, in Hertfordshire. He has also covered at The Colne Practice, in Hertfordshire, and celebrated his work anniversary on 9th March.
Loreta Dudaviciene celebrated her 5 year anniversary with Rapid on 24th March, and has worked at Manorfield School, in Surrey, since the start of her employment with us in 2020. She also works at Broadway Dental Boutique, in West Sussex.
