Rapid Superstar Winner!

It has been a really tough choice this quarter but finally we are pleased to announce our winner...

Louise ELSTON who works at Park View Primary School in Basingstoke. Louise has been providing a first-class cleaning service to Park View Primary School for many years but transferred across to our employment when we took over the contract in September of last year.

Paul Claxton, Julia Cachinhama and Sabeeh Tahir from Rapid Clean, went to visit Louise and all the staff at Park View Primary School.

Hannah Palmer, Business Manager at Park View Primary School, said:

"If you awarded this to Louise you couldn't have picked a better person. We have known her at school in a number of different guises and she unfailingly gives of her best. Louise will not stop until the work is done and at a standard that would merit note from your company. She is also good humoured and you would never guess if staff are absent, late or not there for any reason, as she just picks up the baton and gets the job done. I would thoroughly endorse the recommendation for Louise to be chosen for this award and I hope that she is successful."

Julia Cachinhama, Contracts Manager at Rapid Clean, said:

"Louise has worked at Park View Primary School for many years and transferred to Rapid Clean via TUPE in September 2022. She's recently been working as a temporary Site Supervisor to help cover sickness absence.

She is a very hard working person and gets along really well with all the school staff, including teachers, the Senior Site Manager & the Business Manager, as well as her Rapid Clean colleagues.

She keeps records of the school supplies and always let me know about consumables stock levels, she arranges cover and ensures that all areas are properly cleaned, according to the school's standards.

I would like to say a thank you to Louise for her commitment to cleaning. She has always been so professional in handling the school's needs and when resolving any problems. She is doing a great job!"

We are immensely proud of our team and embrace the opportunity to recognise hard work and dedication whenever possible. Congratulations to Louise and every cleaning operative mentioned this quarter. Thank you for your continued hard work; we appreciate you!
