Announcing Our Latest Employee(s) of the Season

Over the last 18 months, with so much disruption to the organisation, we paused our head office awards for a while. Voting in the Employee of the Season awards is a highlight (not just for the winner!) as everyone gets the chance to put forward a colleague who they feel has gone above and beyond in their role.

We are so pleased to see its return this season...

Not One, But Two Winners!

We had lots of nominations which is always good to see, but this season we had two winners who both received four positive comments. This is what their colleagues had to say about them:

Holly Godwin, Admin Apprentice

  • "In my opinion, Holly has really stood out in the last few months. She has taken on training another person, whilst also still learning new things herself and she has adapted to job sharing the accounts role really very well indeed. Holly always tries to do her very best and manages to still have a smile on her face, even when being pulled in so many directions. She is a pleasure to work with and that’s why to me she is the employee of the season."
  • "She is super polite, reliable and great to have her in our team. Looking forward to seeing her career develop."
  • "She doesn't work directly for me but she has such a lovely nature, is always willing to help out or do extra where needed, and I know she tries her hardest at everything she does."
  • "I would like to vote for Holly. She is so polite and is always smiling! She takes on any task with no complaints and is proactive in the way she works. She has great attention to detail and thinks about the bigger picture; a great asset to the company!"

Gareth Love, Operations Manager

  • "He has really gotten on with the EziTracker tasks that have been given to him and has just taken it in his stride. He’s even taken on the training side as well which is excellent. A great asset to the team and this task."
  • "He regularly replies to my emails, helps other Operations Managers with Ezitracker in his own time and I think he works hard."
  • "I am going to vote for Gareth because of the support he has given me, especially with a new contract that has been difficult. He is always available on the phone or to meet in person. The main reason for my vote is that he helped me with an overnight floor polish as it was a big and important job, despite working all day himself he wanted to coach me on best practice and safety when carrying out this sort of job."
  • "Very supportive and helpful!"
