Listening to Our Cleaning Team: What We Learned from Our Latest Employee Survey
At Rapid Clean, our people are at the heart of everything we do. From delivering outstanding service, to supporting our clients every day, our cleaning teams play a vital role in our success. We recently invited colleagues across our cleaning teams to take part in our latest employee survey.
The aim was simple – to listen, understand what we’re doing well, and identify how we can continue improving the experience for everyone who works with us. We’re delighted to share that the results were extremely positive, with strong engagement and encouraging feedback from our teams.
A Strong Response from Our Teams
The survey saw fantastic participation from our cleaning colleagues across multiple sites. This level of engagement shows how invested our teams are in helping shape the future of Rapid Clean. Many colleagues shared positive comments about teamwork, supportive supervisors, and the pride they take in maintaining high standards for our clients.

Pride in the Work We Deliver
Our cleaning teams take enormous pride in the work they do, and the survey results clearly showed this.
An overwhelming number of colleagues told us they feel proud of the service they deliver to our customers every day. This pride is reflected in the consistently high standards our teams maintain across all locations.

Feeling Supported at Work
One of the strongest results from the survey was how supported our cleaning teams feel in their roles.
The vast majority of respondents said they feel supported by their supervisors and management teams. This reflects the strong working relationships that exist across our sites and highlights the importance of clear communication and approachable leadership.

Positive Team Culture
Teamwork also came through as a key theme in the feedback. Many colleagues highlighted the positive relationships they have with their co-workers and the sense of community within their teams.
Strong teamwork is essential in the cleaning industry, and it’s fantastic to see how much our colleagues value supporting each other and working together to achieve great results.

Strong Net Promoter Score
Our latest Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 59 highlights the positive sentiment across the Rapid Clean network. The majority of respondents (67%) are Promoters, meaning they would actively recommend Rapid as an employer, while 25% are Passives and just 8% are Detractors. These results reinforce the strong engagement and confidence within the network, and provide another valuable benchmark as we continue working together to strengthen the Rapid Clean community.
We are extremely pleased to see a significant increase from last year's NPS of 48!

Turning Feedback into Action
Whilst we’re very pleased with the results, we know that listening to our people is an ongoing process. We’re carefully reviewing all feedback provided in the survey to identify opportunities to build on what’s working well and make improvements where needed. Employee insight is invaluable in helping us create a workplace where everyone feels supported, valued, and motivated to succeed.
