Rapid Superstar Award Quarter 2 of 2021
Honoring hard work and dedication is at our core as an organisation. We are always thrilled to see so many cleaners who our management team, and customers, deem to be Superstars.
We are pleased to announce all those nominated as well as the overall winners of the latest Superstar Award.
Nominees:
Nenetter LUMBALA who cleans Belmont Primary School
Victor Olowu from Rapid Clean said:
"Nenette does a very good job as the Site Supervisor. She manages the site and staff on a daily basis and helps to arrange cover when there is a shortage of staff ensures a great level of service. She ensures great standards across the site professionally and has great work ethic."
Trilochan LIMBU who cleans St Neot's Preparatory School
Frank Twum from Rapid Clean said:
"Since Trilochan started working at St Neot's the cleaning standards have been very high and he has been praised by the customer. He is always happy to help and he has recently helped to cover holidays, which he did around his other work commitments."
Dasilva MELEDJE who works as a cover cleaner

Emma MCCANN who worked as a cover cleaner at Gestra UK

After her first spell as cover, the customers at Gestra UK Limited could not praise her highly enough, the standards at the contract is extremely high but Emma exceeded these so much that the customer wanted to keep her. "I'm glad Tanya is getting recognition. She is so valuable to us; she has worked single handedly as we reduced cleaner numbers due to COVID and with reduced numbers in the office. She often goes above and beyond by contacting me If she sees anything wrong in the office. She keeps us fully informed of any issues with availability and has come in at weekends if necessary if she’s had to take a Friday off, or needs to collect keys from a relief cleaner."
