Rapid Superstar Nominations – Quarter 2 of 2016
As always, we had some fantastic nominations for our Superstar Award this quarter. Every nominee deserves recognition for their hard work and commitment to Rapid so with that in mind, to follow are the reasons why each Cleaning Operative has been nominated.
Simon Game and Pornpunsa Chetwyn work at Adas .
Simon and Pornpunsa were both nominated by their Contracts Manager, Joseph Muwonge.
“Both employees have managed to impress the customer and she actually submitted them for the nomination. Simon and Pornpunsa clean a big site which requires a lot of work and dedication. The two have persevered and the customer is very happy.”
Elzbieta Wilk works at The Twynersh and Kia Motors.
Elsbieta was nominated by her Contracts Manager, Aga Skupien.
“She is a great member of staff, who is always asking for extra hours. Despite not having car, she is happy to travel everywhere she is required.”
Mihaela-Luminia Jarcau works at Beechwood School, Bright Water Inn and Kaplan.
Mihaela-Luminia was nominated by her Contracts Manager, Luke Dobson.
“Mihaela works on several sites for Rapid and is always on time, never lets me down and is always happy to help out covering holidays and sickness on other sites at last minute notice. She works well within a team and helps other cleaners make sure their areas are cleaned correctly.”
Donald Madega works at the Huntsman.
Donald was nominated by his Regional Manager, Obie Shipe and his Contracts Manager, Chudi Uzowulu.
“Donald has shown total dedication in building a good relationship with the client. He has taken the cleaning to another level, and even the Director of Huntsman and his team send us complimentary emails of appreciation for this member of staff and standards that they have never seen from their previous contractors. He goes over and above to pick up all our staff to and from the site without any demands. He has now been promoted to Supervisor and continues to show full commitment to our company. He really deserves this nomination.” – Obe Shipe
“I nominate Donald, for his relentless dedication to making sure the site is running effectively” – Chudi Uzowulu.
Rebecca Tucker works at St Michael’s school.
Rebecca was nominated by his Regional Manager, Andy Hollister.
“Rebecca has come highly recommended by the customer for her loyalty, time keeping and sterling work she does at the school. The customer has personally asked for Rebecca to be nominated.”
Dione Kitov works at Sherfield Oaks Golf Club.
Dione was nominated by her Contracts Manager, Sue Kirby.
“The customer is very happy with her – she is scoring 100% on audits. Over the weekends when they have a private function, the site can be very messy but Dione just gets on with it and does a very good job.”
Mercedes Etingue works at Broadmead Primary School.
Mercedes was nominated by her Contracts Manager, Sabrina Sailman.
“Mercedes has come a long way in the last year. She is very proactive and takes responsibility for tasks and is a real team player.”
Margaret Nogbey works at Watford Grammar.
Margaret was nominated by her Contracts Manager, Eddie-Lawrence Kalule.
“Margaret is always helpful and leads by example, she’s proactive and a good communicator who always has pride in her work.”
Mandy Howell works at Woodley and Parkside Surgery.
Mandy was nominated by her Contracts Manager, Bernice Anim.
“Mandy is a very thorough cleaner, dedicated, hardworking and very reliable. She is currently helping out a great deal and I would like Mandy to know that Rapid as a company appreciate all that she does for the contract to run smoothly. Sometime staff call in sick at the last minute but Mandy will do everything to make sure the site is covered with no complaints.”
Sue Williams works at The George.
Sue was nominated by her Regional Manager, Gareth Love.
“She has had some family issues recently but is now back to working the way we expect and going above and beyond and covering shifts as well as her own work.”
Violeta Azukaitiene works at Wise Productions.
Violeta was nominated by her Contracts Manager, Diana Marothy.
“Violeta has very good standards and is extremely willing and reliable.”
