Celebrating our Rapid Superstar

Our Latest Rapid Superstar

It's a sad but well-known fact that cleaners get very little recognition; in fact they are usually only noticed when something goes wrong! At Rapid Clean we are acutely aware that without our fantastic cleaners, we wouldn't have a business. We therefore like to recognise hard work and reward it whenever we can. Our Superstar Awards run every quarter and are the perfect opportunity to do just that.

To follow are all the cleaners who were nominated by their Rapid Clean Manager, along with comments from the customer...

Superstar Runners Up

Pattraporn (Joy) MARSTON who cleans Lightning Fire Safety Systems in Waterlooville, Hampshire

James Saunders from Rapid Clean said:

"Joy has a fantastic attitude to work and is extremely reliable. She has now worked for Rapid on two occasions and I was delighted when she returned, as I can always trust that her cleaning is to the standards our customer expects. Joy has also helped out, often at short notice, at other local sites and I would really like it if she was recognised for being a fantastic member of Rapid’s staff who simply does a brilliant job quietly and effectively."

Aaron Freeman, Operations Director at Lightning Fire Safety Systems, said:

"Joy has been our cleaner since we moved into our new premises in October. She has always been very friendly and respectful if we see her (most of the time we don’t as she comes in when we are not around). Her attention to detail is good and the office is always cleaned well. I cannot speak for other customers but she certainly does a great job for us. I would say she is certainly deserving of the award."

Lynn OWENS who cleans Northbourne C of E Primary School in Didcot, Oxfordshire

Eva Babicova from Rapid Clean said:

"Lynn has worked for us at Northbourne Primary School in Didcot for a few months. She is super committed, caring, reliable and always promotes a high standard of cleaning, as well as managing the team to perform their tasks well. She has great relationships with the other operatives and the customer."

Rachael Stewart, School Business Manager from Northbourne Primary, said:

"Not really had much to do with Lyn, specifically, her areas are usually cleaned well... I know she has covered at short notice (come in on the weekend for example) which has been helpful."

Rapid Superstar Winner!

Fernando LOPES DE ALMEIDA JUNIOR who cleans Perspectum Ltd in Oxford

Anna Dabal from Rapid Clean said:

"Fernando is simply exceptional! I can easily say that he is one of my best assets. Loved and appreciated by the clients for his professional approach, diligence, modesty. Conscientious and cheerful, interesting personality, polite manners, positive attitude. And he often sings at work to colour his shifts!"

Tracy Hemblen, Community Diagnostics Centre Administration Manager at Perspectum Ltd, said:

"Fernando is always very punctual, he is polite and gets on well with all our staff and interacts with them accordingly. Fernando has a very cheerful outlook not only towards members of staff but to his work, and this shows. Fernando is a very thorough and methodical cleaner, conscientious, and always keen to give his best at all times. Fernando understands the needs of the Community Diagnostic Centre, is always very courteous around the patients, not imposing on their space. He is a hard worker giving 110% at all times.

He is an all-round SUPERSTAR !"

Rapid Superstar Winner Stefan Damyanov

Left to Right: Tracey Hemblen from Perspectum, Gareth Love (Rapid Clean), Fernando Lopes de Almeida Junior, Anna Dabal (Rapid Clean)

Another great set of nominations this quarter. We wish that everyone could win but rest assured that each cleaning operative nominated receives a letter and a small gift to say 'thank you' and 'well done'.

A final congratulations to Fernando, who has clearly made a huge impression on everyone at Perspectum.
