Joy has also helped out, often at short notice, at other local sites and I would really like it if she was recognised for being a fantastic member of Rapid’s staff who simply does a brilliant job quietly and effectively."

She has always been very friendly and respectful if we see her (most of the time we don’t as she comes in when we are not around).
