The Chartered Institute of Marketing runs out of Moor Hall, an impressive conference and training centre set in the stunning countryside of Cookham, Berkshire. With 80 bedrooms, 24 conference rooms and a restaurant, Moor Hall requires a reliable and professional daily cleaning service to ensure the smooth running of the facility.

Good Management Makes a Difference!


During the summer of 2022, CIM's General Manager was becoming increasingly frustrated by an unsatisfactory cleaning service…


“The cleaners were working throughout the night and there was no flexibility on the time of clean. Standards were poor. We wanted greater visibility and input into the service being provided.”


CIM had heard good things about Rapid Clean from other local companies so knew already that we could be what they were looking for. Upon visiting, it became apparent that the lack of management from the previous cleaning company, was a major problem. We have a strong operations team with a local manager in every area and were therefore confident that we could make a significant difference. We asked CIM’s General Manager, Daniel, if this was the case in practice…

It’s important to us that we meet the differing needs of our customers. Daniel was keen to have greater input in the day-to-day cleaning, so early on we changed the time of clean to suit their opening hours. We asked Daniel if he was happy with the service he is receiving from Rapid Clean…
