The Chartered Institute of Marketing runs out of Moor Hall, an impressive conference and training centre set in the stunning countryside of Cookham, Berkshire. Good Management Makes a Difference!
During the summer of 2022, CIM's General Manager was becoming increasingly frustrated by an unsatisfactory cleaning service…
“The cleaners were working throughout the night and there was no flexibility on the time of clean. Standards were poor. We wanted greater visibility and input into the service being provided.”
CIM had heard good things about Rapid Clean from other local companies so knew already that we could be what they were looking for. We have a strong operations team with a local manager in every area and were therefore confident that we could make a significant difference.
