Congratulations to our Latest Employee(s) of the Season – Autumn 2016

Last Thursday was a morning of celebration here in the Rapid office as we crowned not one but TWO new Employees of the Season.

Having given all head office employees an opportunity to nominate one of their colleagues, we received 24 nominations with an even spread across all departments.

There was no clear winner so with three nominations each, we congratulated Claire Company in our sales department and Gareth Love, one of our four Regional Managers.

Claire Company joined Rapid back in May of 2016 and quickly made a good impression. This is what her colleagues had to say about her:

“Such a bubbly character, always happy and smiling. Very good at what she does, building a good rapport with clients and does an excellent handover.”

“I would like to nominate Claire Company as she has been doing great with sales, is hard working and sold a big contract this month!”

“I would like to Nominate Claire Company – purely down to her hard work and a great working ethos.”

Gareth Love has been a Rapid employee since 2004. He joined us as a Contracts Manager initially, being promoted to Regional Manager last year. He’s certainly a popular member of the team:

“I would like to nominate Gareth. He is always happy, helpful and willing to give a hand when necessary.”

“Hard working, a pleasure to work with. Gareth is so polite he will always go out of his way to help. Gareth makes coffee and cares about his colleagues.”

“I will nominate Gareth Love because he knows his role and if any advice or help is needed, he is always ready to help .
