Every quarter we ask our head office team to nominate one of their colleagues who has gone above and beyond in their role. The person who gets the most votes, receives the auspicious title of Employee of the Season!

Announcing our Latest Employee of the Season

This is a great opportunity to recognise the importance of team work and the difference that we can make for our colleagues. Our winner this season, received a total of 4 votes:

  1. This person has really shown development in her role. She has become more confident, is always so professional, and I know her helpfulness towards the operations team is much appreciated
  2. Calm, friendly and always on it straight away
  3. I always notice her working hard and being straight on it. She is also very lovely and kind 😊
  4. She has a good attitude, is open to direction, and her direct nature gets her what she wants every time! She has blossomed in her current role, and I have every confidence that she will go from strength to strength.

We are delighted to announce that this season's winner is Amy Quinnell, our Business Administration Apprentice. Amy joined the Rapid team at the beginning of 2021 and has gone from strength to strength in her role. Day-to-day she supports our operations team with any administration requirements and often liaises with suppliers and customers too.

Amy is almost at the end of her apprenticeship and is already a hugely valued member of the admin team. Keep up the fabulous work, Amy!
