Lightning Fire Safety Systems is based in Waterlooville, Hampshire. As an organisation, they aim to protect property and save lives by keeping businesses safe, compliant and able to trade.

Lightning Fire Safety Systems

Back in September 2021, Mark, our Business Development Manager in the Hampshire area, noticed that a new business was moving to Waterlooville and would likely need a cleaning service. Historically, Lightning Safety Systems had rented properties, so moving into their own building and outsourcing facilities, was a new experience for them. Mark had called at just the right time!

Team Work is Key

The office opening party was due to take place that week. Once the contracts had been signed, Mark, along with James, the Rapid CM in Waterlooville, assisted the cleaner in getting the building pristine and ready to welcome guests.

One of the benefits of having a Contracts Manager who lives locally, is that where necessary, we can get things up and running quickly and efficiently. We asked Aaron, the Operations Director at Lightning Safety Systems, for some feedback about James:

“Our Contracts Manager, James, has been very supportive throughout. He regularly conducts audits and keeps me in the loop by sending me his reports and exchanging emails, or when on site he will pop his head in to say hello.”

We mustn’t forget the cleaner, who came on board back in October 2021 and has been cleaning diligently ever since...

“Joy is brilliant and has always been very friendly and respectful if we see her; most of the time we don’t as she comes in when we are not around as to not disturb us. Her attention to detail is good and the office is always cleaned well.”

Almost One Year into the Contract

It’s always satisfying when we start a new contract, and the feedback is so positive. We hope for a long and happy working relationship with the team at Lightning Safety Systems.

“The level of service we receive is exactly what we were promised, which is always what you hope for. Thanks again to the Rapid team for a top job.” Aaron, Operations Director
