Nominations for ‘Employee of the Season’ Summer 2016, trickled in over a two week period. When counting up the votes, it was encouraging to see a good split across all departments – Accounts, Operations, Sales and the office team.

The winner has been a Rapid employee since 2010 and is clearly very well thought of by her colleagues. Monique Astruc works as part of our sales team and keeps us all highly entertained with her witty repartee on the telephone. Monique is responsible for our first school signing, a sector which we now have a strong foothold in.
