Our First Rapid Superstar of 2026!

Jess White • May 27, 2026

We are delighted to announce the Rapid Superstar for Q1 2026, alongside a number of fantastic nominees and runners-up who have all demonstrated exceptional dedication and professionalism.

🏆 Rapid Superstar Winner!

Naomi Love who is the cleaning supervisor at Binks, Dorset

Naomi shared that receiving the Rapid Superstar award makes her feel appreciated and recognised for her efforts. She has been with Rapid for 7 years, including 4 years at Binks.

She enjoys the flexibility of her working hours, the supportive team environment, and the strong support she receives from colleagues.

In a thoughtful gesture, Naomi plans to use her gift card to buy presents for the rest of the cleaning staff, recognising their hard work and contribution.

This is what Rapid's Contracts Manager, and Binks, had to say about Naomi:

Michael House, from Rapid Clean, said:

“Nothing is ever too much trouble for Naomi; she is always willing to help… She even supports other sites while ensuring her own is fully covered. She is highly professional, with excellent communication skills, and always reports any changes or issues promptly.”

Binks said:

“I find Naomi very easy to deal with. She always takes onboard any requests or feedback and gets issues sorted straight away… She would be a worthy recipient of this award.”

🌟 Runner-Ups & Standout Nominees

We had an incredible number of nominations this quarter, making the decision extremely difficult. Here are some of the outstanding individuals who were recognised. To show our appreciation, each nominee will receive a personalised letter and a small gift:

Kate Butler who cleans Steve Vick International, in Wiltshire

Karolina Podralska, from Rapid Clean, said:

"In January, during a serious water leak at Steve Vick, Kate demonstrated outstanding professionalism and dedication. Working alone, she stayed on-site until nearly midnight awaiting the client, remaining calm under pressure and acting responsibly to prevent damage - successfully ensuring no electrical equipment was affected. Kate worked collaboratively to reach the client and manage the situation effectively. Her actions reflected all company values, and her commitment, reliability, and professionalism have made her a valued member of the team, deserving of recognition."

Steve Vick International said:

"Kate is highly regarded for her thorough work and polite manner, but she truly stood out during a late-night emergency at the office. She discovered a burst water pipe causing significant flooding. Acting immediately, she went through the water to try to shut off the valve and, when unsuccessful, took initiative to locate and contact alternative management despite initial difficulties. Her persistence led to reaching a Director and preventing what could have been major flood damage to the business. Although clean-up took significant time, the impact was contained thanks to her quick thinking and determination. Her actions demonstrate exceptional dedication and professionalism, making her highly deserving of the Rapid Superstar Award."

Sandra Rose who cleans The Drayton Surgery, in Hampshire

Anne Sheen, from Rapid Clean, said:

"Sandra is the supervisor there and has a lovely relationship with the client.  I took over the site in a bad condition, with it being understaffed, and Sandra has gone above and beyond to keep it running smoothly whilst I try to recruit. Sandra is great at communicating with me as well."

The Drayton Surgery said:

"It is wonderful news to hear that Sandra has deservedly been nominated for the Rapid Superstar Award. Since joining The Drayton Surgery, Sandra has done a wonderful job, far exceeding our expectations of a cleaner, and shows experience of someone that far exceeds what the role entails. Sandra is approachable, kind and devoted to her role. I have been fortunate enough to experience her work ethic, consistency and attitude in an abundance. She is a great example for every employee to follow, and we never get anything less than 100% from her. She keeps our staff up-to-date at all times regarding everything cleaning and staff related and we could not ask, or wish, for a better professional. It has been an honour to work with Sandra and she is very much deserving of going the whole way and winning this award! Well done Sandra!"

When we approached Rapid Clean, I made it very clear that the standard needed to be exceptional. Sheila has been outstanding! She is approachable, hardworking and nothing is ever too much trouble for her. She takes great pride in her work, ensuring the place is spotless every time she leaves. Sheila knows exactly what she’s doing and consistently delivers without cutting corners. We are extremely impressed with the service we are receiving and hope it continues at this high level. We’re very happy to have Sheila on board - she truly feels like part of the team. I genuinely believe she deserves to win this award."
