Our New Employee of the Season

Suzanne Whitton • May 12, 2022

It feels like a long time since we have had the opportunity to nominate one of our colleagues to win the Rapid Employee of the Season award. It's inspiring to see so many people receiving positive affirmations about their commitment and hard work. Every person who received a nomination should feel proud of their achievement.

well done

This season's winner received a total of four nominations from various colleagues. This is what they had to say about her...

  • "She always does an amazing job and is so on top of things, it’s scary! She works extremely long hours covering sites and looks after her cleaners and her clients, not an easy balancing act."

  • "I think she really deserves it as she has been working non-stop recently and still manages to make me laugh on the phone."

  • "She goes over and above to please her customers, starts contracts at short notice, and is a loyal employee and representative for Rapid Clean."

  • "For all the effort she has put in. She works extraordinarily hard for the company and puts every effort in to make it work."

And the Winner is...

Ingrid Antonio, who works as a Contracts Manager covering south east London and Kent. We waited until our recent company meeting to announce Ingrid as the winner.

Ingrid has been working at Rapid since April 2017 and is a hugely valued member of the team. This is what Jeff Whitton, our Managing Director, had to say about her...

"Ingrid is our leisure sector specialist who has a talent for organising large teams working on difficult shift patterns on 7-day-a-week contracts. A stand out when it comes to passion."

Ingrid Antonio member of team

Huge congratulations to Ingrid for her long overdue win 🏆
