Rapid Superstar – Quarter 4 of 2014

Suzanne Whitton • Feb 24, 2015

If you’re familiar with Rapid and our company ethos, then you will know that a lot of effort goes into making our team feel appreciated. Without them, we would not have a business after all! With this in mind, every quarter we run something called the Rapid Superstar Awards and each one of our Contracts Managers is invited to nominate a member of their team, who they believe is worthy of this award.

Below is a list of the employees nominated this quarter and the reason for their nomination….

Stephen Mensah – Joe Macari Ferari.  “Stephen is reliable and doing a great job.”

Ram Sansata – Pilgrim Progress. “General Manager singled out Ram for his outstanding work, time-keeping and attitude. Over Christmas I received a number of calls, offering additional assistance.”

Quelal Christian Santiago – Essex Service Group. “He is reliable, conscientious and goes the extra mile to get the job done satisfactorily.”

Terry Cole – Cynergy 3 and Miller & Carter. “Since Terry started, we have had excellent feedback from both clients. He has an excellent attitude and is very good at supervising others.”

John Wale Daniel – The Chequers Inn and Britannia Inn, Oxford. “John has turned around these two sites. He is very committed and never lets us down.”

Kofi Owusu Buabeng – Lily Hill House. “The client is really happy with Kofi’s work. He is proactive, committed and provides a very good service.”

As you can imagine, it’s always difficult to make the final decision on who deserves the title of Rapid Superstar – the calibre of staff is very high. Every employee nominated receives a £20 voucher, by way of a thank you.

This quarter we chose  Ram Sansata as our winner and last week he came into the office to receive his cash prize. Thank you for your commitment to Rapid, Ram, you are very much appreciated!

Peter Soanes (Contracts Manager), Ram Sansata and Paul Claxton (Operations Director)
