The Cream of the Crop

Out of the 700+ cleaners that we employ here at Rapid, it’s always a tough choice for our Contracts Managers. Below is a selection of the comments and nominations we have received this quarter….

Rapid Superstar Award 1 Each quarter we ask our Contracts Managers to nominate their ‘Superstar’ – the employee who they feel has shown dedication, reliability and ultimately gone the extra mile for their customer. Only one person can be awarded the title of Rapid Superstar but every nominee is given a small gift as a token of our appreciation.

Dave Russell, Supervisor at Jamie’s Italian, Portsmouth  – nominated by Andy Hollister

“Dave is an outstanding employee who has made such an impact on the kitchen at Jamie’s that the Head Chef has recommended us to other sites. He is always willing to achieve whatever is asked of him.”

Madelene Djinissor , Supervisor at Westmill Foods – nominated by Dave Abbott

“Madelene is a real star and runs this site on her own, organising cover and all cleaning. She never lets Rapid down and always goes the extra mile.”

Shomen Michael , cleaner at Close Asset Finance – nominated by Faisal Boudouaya

“Shomen is always punctual, never absent and ready to help if we need cover.”

Taylor Stephens , cleaner at The George, Backwell – nominated by Cheryl Younger

“Taylor is a remarkable young lady who works very hard and does her job to a standard that would put many of us to shame. If I’m ever stuck in Bristol, I know I can really rely on her to help out where needed.”

Deborah Ford , cleaner at Anytime Fitness – nominated by Gareth Love

“Deborah has faultless standards, time-keeping and attendance. An excellent employee.”

Lukwago Muhammad , cleaner at the Purple Turtle, Oxford – nominated by Tom Bagaza

“Lukwago works at 5 of our sites. He is reliable, focused and very flexible. I always get great feedback from the customers.”

Lorna Browne – cleaner at The Warren Wood, Epping – nominated by Joseph Muwonge

“The customer only ever has good things to say about Lorna: her time-keeping, efficiency and general conduct.”

As you can see, it’s going to be a difficult decision this quarter! Come back next week to find out who has been crowned Rapid’s Superstar for summer 2014.
