Our School Deep Clean Team Has Worked its Magic!
We currently provide over 170 nurseries, schools and colleges, with a daily cleaning service; this equates to more than one third of our business. Every customer in this sector has differing needs, so we tailor the contract and cleaning schedule to suit their individual requirements. The majority of schools opt for at least one week's worth of deep cleaning during the summer holidays.
Schools are not Dormant in the Holidays!
A common misconception is that schools lie empty and redundant during the summer holidays - they would be wrong! At Rapid Clean, the planning for deep clean season begins at the end of May when our 16 local Contracts Managers contact their customers to find out when they would like their deep clean carried out.
Deep clean calendar slots are filled on a first-come-first-served basis, so that we ensure the work load is spread across the 6-week period. Every school has their own tailored deep-clean schedule that is laminated and left on-site for the cleaning team to refer to.
How Does a Deep Clean Differ from a Regular Clean?
The deep clean schedule is discussed and created as soon as a customer chooses Rapid Clean as their provider. The new customer can choose to change our standard deep clean schedule, switching things around to suit their building's needs.
As well as the usual daily cleaning tasks, a deep clean typically involves moving all furniture on wheels, carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, buffing and polishing floors, removing marks on the walls, sanitising toilet partitions and appliances, high level dusting (within reach from the floor), and the list goes on!
