The Next Superstar Is...

Melanie Rolfe who is cleans Preshute Primary School, Wiltshire

Melanie was delighted to be named Rapid Superstar, telling us she felt incredibly proud and "over the moon" to receive the award. She was touched by the kind comments she received and said it made her feel truly appreciated.

Having worked at Rapid Clean for over a year, Melanie started as a cover cleaner and has since moved into a permanent role.

The part of her job she enjoys most is seeing the finished result of a freshly cleaned classroom. Knowing she has left the space clean, tidy, and ready to use gives her a real sense of satisfaction.

Outside of work, Melanie enjoys knitting in her spare time.

🌟 Runner-Ups & Standout Nominees

With so many worthy nominations submitted this quarter, choosing those to recognise was no easy task. Below are some of the team members who stood out for their hard work and achievement. Each nominee will receive a personalised letter and a small gift as a gesture of appreciation.

Hayley Loughlin who cleans Longwell Green Primary School, in Bristol

Jolanta Kusznerko, from Rapid Clean, said:

“After few difficult months on site, she has been promoted to supervisor role. Since then, the standards on site improved significantly, the client Is very happy with the service. She grew into her role, built a fantastic team relationship and has proven that she is the right person to look after the team on site.”

Longwell Green Primary School said:

“Hayley showed exceptional resilience and pride when taking over the cleaning team during a challenging period. Through her leadership, standards improved almost immediately, the team became more unified, and confidence in the service was restored. Hayley has made a huge positive impact and is a truly deserving leader.”

Jodir Lacerda Bodenmuller who cleans a large distribution centre, in Berkshire

Edina Muller, from Rapid Clean, said:

“She is hard working and always there to help. Whenever we are short staffed, she is doing extra shifts, finishing at 2pm, and going back at 5pm again. She is kind and just an absolute pleasure to work with. I truly believe she deserves to win.”

The large distribution centre said:

“Jodir is a highly valued member of the team who consistently maintains excellent cleaning standards. She stepped into the daytime janitorial role at short notice, communicates effectively with colleagues, and regularly goes above and beyond by covering additional shifts when needed. Her dedication and high standards make her a very deserving Rapid Superstar Award nominee.”

Priscila Hortencio who cleans Field System Designs, in Surrey

Ingrid Antonio, from Rapid Clean, said:

“Priscila helped with cover and assisted with getting staff to cover other sites. She is a very good cleaner.”

Field System Designs said:

“We are very pleased to hear that Priscila is being nominated as a Rapid Superstar.  She is consistently reliable, always turns up, always carrying out her duties to a high standard and ensuring that our environment is clean and safe. She is organised, helpful and friendly, responds quickly to requests and goes the extra mile to make sure everything is done. We are lucky to have her as our cleaner, and she would be thoroughly deserving of this award.”

Maria Peacock who cleans Sandy Secondary School, in Bedfordshire

Margarida Moreira, from Rapid Clean, said:

“She is amazing and very helpful, she has been on two sites to help, and the cleaning standards were very high. Everyone is very happy with her as well.”
