We Have a New Winner - Employee of the Season Winter 23/24

Every season our head office team is given the opportunity to nominate a colleague who they feel has surpassed expectations in their role. Votes have been counted and we are pleased to share that we have a new Employee of the Season...

Our winner this season is Ramona Radu, who joined us as HR and Payroll Specialist in November 2023. It's clear to see that in just 5 months, Ramona has made a great impact right across the board. This is what her colleagues had to say about her:
- She is a nice person and is always smiling. She is nice to be around. I feel like she’s settled into her position and is really part of the team
- She is always very helpful, responds promptly to emails and is lovely
- Ramona always puts in 110% at work cares about everything she does. She picks things up really quickly, works well with the team, and is always happy to help out. Ramona takes charge of her tasks and makes sure they are done quickly and accurately. We're so lucky to have her on our team - she definitely deserves a big shout out!
