Announcing the Rapid Superstar – Quarter 2 of 2017

Suzanne Whitton • Oct 16, 2017

Our Superstar Award has been running since 2013. Since then we’ve awarded over a dozen different cleaning operatives with the title of Rapid Superstar of the Quarter.

One of the highlights of our quarter is looking through all of the nominations and reading the fantastic things that managers have to say about their cleaners. It’s always difficult to choose one person who deserves the award but this quarter, the winner is Andrea Dallaway who works at Capquest in Farnborough. This is what her manager had to say about her:#

“Andrea always comes in a bit earlier to make sure she deals with any requests from the client and works with her team very well. The site has very high requirements and everything seems to be in hand thanks to Andrea.”

Last week, Jeff Whitton (Rapid’s Managing Director), along with Andrew Hollister (Regional Manager), went in to present Andrea Dallaway with her Superstar Award and prize.

Andrea has worked at Capquest for over 10 years, becoming a Rapid employee when we took over the contract back in December 2016. She is a real asset to our team and the customer is clearly delighted with her contribution. This is what Dan Porter from Capquest had to say about her:

“Andrea has worked on our site (both our old office in Fleet and the current one in Farnborough) for over 10 years! Always done a superb job and I speak for everyone in the business when I say we are very lucky to have her on the team. She’s a real joy to behold and Rapid is very lucky to have her on the books.”

And a word from Andrea:

“I have worked for other contract cleaning companies for many years, but have never had senior management come to site and comment on my work. To win an award like this is amazing! Thank you”

Thank you for your valuable contribution Andrea. We are indeed delighted to have you on our team here at Rapid. Keep up the good work!
