Many of you will know that we moved office premises at the end of last year. We spent the first few months working hard to turn the Wokingham building into a positive work environment for our employees and somewhere we would be proud to call Rapid’s ‘home’.

In the middle of January, we held an opening party to celebrate our success as a company and to thank employees and customers for their continued support over the last 17 years.

We were thrilled to welcome Wokingham borough’s Deputy Mayor – Councillor Bob Pitts – who officially opened the building for us.

We also invited some of our neighbours – always good to know who we will be bumping into of a Monday morning! We envisage being here for a long time to come.

We were pleased to host some of our local customers and enjoyed chatting in a more informal setting.

And of course our suppliers who were keen to celebrate along with us and see us in our new place of work.

We rounded the party off with a short speech from Jeff Whitton, our joint founder and Managing Director, whilst raising a toast to the company’s future as well as its past successes.
