Rapid Superstar Quarter 4 of 2015

We have had a whole host of nominations for our Superstar Award this time round. It really is nice to know that we have so many reliable and efficient cleaning operatives at Rapid.

Contracts Managers often find it difficult to single out one person, particularly when the site is cleaned by a group of cleaners, but here are the names of all those cleaners who have been nominated this time round and why….

 

Iwona Mossakowska works at Axon and the Grove Medical Centre . Nominated by Aga Skupien, who said the following:

“Iwona is a really committed worker and is always willing to cover when needed. She is always punctual and listens to instructions very well.”

Sirlei Pereira Rodriguez works at Poppies Bourne End, Poppies Marlow and Twogether. She was nominated by Tom Bagaza, who said the following:

“This cleaner works at three different sites and has been working for Rapid for years. She is consistent in everything she does, knowing exactly what our customers expect and very good with her time keeping. We have received excellent feedback from customers at all three sites and she has never ever let me down; not even one day.”

Ewa Korytkowska is the Site Supervisor at Chichester Free School. She was nominated by Tracie O’George:

“Ewa does a very good job even in challenging circumstances. She is so hardworking, stays on to help the Company and has been so helpful in covering another 2 sites for us nearby.”

Zoran Marinkov works at St Pauls School and Henry Street Garden Centre . She was nominated by Bernice Anim, who said the following:

“Zoran is very helpful, a good cleaner, reliable and trustworthy therefore he deserves to be nominated and also for him to know that Rapid appreciates his hard work.”

Nathan Vye is the Site Supervisor at Finishing Brands. He was nominated by Gareth Love, who said the following:

“Nathan is willing to go above and beyond to get the job done. He shows impeccable cleaning standards, punctuality and attendance.”

Lago Antoine Digbeu works at St John Fisher School . He nominated by Joseph Muwonge, who said the following:

“Lago took over a sensitive site, turned it around and always goes the extra mile when the need arises. The customer’s feedback has always been positive. I feel Lago’s services deserve rewarding.”

Philip Rowland   Toms   works at Rowan Tree Day Nursery . He was nominated by Eddie Lawrence Kalule, who said the following:

“Philip has been working at this site for more than 3 years now and he has never let me down. He is committed to the job and willing to help new staff that we bring in. I always get  positive feedback from the customer and parents, whenever I visit the site and even when there is a vacancy on site he is always willing to cover the site by himself.”

Michael Laryea works at The Swan Pub in Reading . He was nominated by Goran Velinovski, who said the following:

“Michael has been working for Rapid for over 4 years and is one of the best cleaners in my area.”

Mputi Batekele works at the DSA and Addington Palace Golf Club . He was nominated by Peter Soares, who said the following:

“Mputi has been working for Rapid for several years and is a very hard worker, currently working on 2 different sites. He’s reliable and helpful, so he deserves the nomination.”

Congratulations to everyone who has received a nomination this time round. All nominees will be given a small gift to say ‘Thank You’ and the overall winner will be announced shortly. Watch this space…
