Rapid Superstar Winner!

We had so many nominations this quarter, what a great problem to have! In the end, we chose someone who has worked for Rapid Clean for more than 10 years and is a much valued member of the team.

Carol HENDIN, Supervisor at Bristol Grammar School

Mateusz Kolasinski, Contracts Manager at Rapid Clean, said:

"Carol has been working at BGS for almost 10 years now, with the same commitment to work; both for us and the client. She is very helpful and organised in terms of keeping and managing the 25+ cleaners to make sure that all areas of the school are covered and prioritise them with the right manner to satisfy the client.

The management team at BGS really like her and what she is doing for them - same as me! Without her help I would struggle to achieve what has been achieved which is client trust, respect and confidence of what we do for them,

She fully deserves to be a winner!"

Claire, Facilities Administrator at Bristol Grammar School, said:

"Carol has been with us for over 9 years, and we couldn’t be happier with her work. We consider Carol a part of the BGS team and enjoy working alongside her. She manages a large team over several buildings, and always manages to cover all areas of the school despite staff absences and vacancies throughout the year. She is always reliable and professional, informing us of any problems, and working with the school staff to help enable a clean site. Carol understands the needs of the school and has been excellent at being flexible in her approach to work, and proactive in getting jobs completed. She is very deserving of a Superstar Award; we would give her a medal every week!"

Well done to Carol and all of the other nominees; we couldn't do what we do without you! Keep up the excellent work 😊.
