Rapid Superstar

Congratulations to Our Superstar Nominees

Mariusz WILGORSKI who cleans Beaufort Community Primary School in Woking, Surrey

Dariusz Lapiak from Rapid Clean said:

"Mariusz always supports if any issues arise. He is very polite and is always willing to help. He works closely with the school caretaker."

Keith from Beaufort Community Primary School, said:

"The award would be well deserved in my opinion. Always punctual, happy and polite. A real asset to the team and we as a school are delighted to have him on board. I will keep my fingers crossed for him."

Amanda JONES who cleans Horningsham Primary School in Warminster, Wiltshire

Mateusz Kolasinski from Rapid Clean, said:

"Amanda consistently demonstrates her hard work and punctuality since starting with Rapid Clean in January. She has never been absent due to illness and pays close attention to detail, which greatly contributes to her impressive performance. Whenever I visit the site, I always have a smile on my face because I know that the customer is highly satisfied with her exceptional standards. Amanda is also always willing to assist others and takes on additional cleaning tasks without hesitation."

Carol at Horningsham Primary School, said:

"Mandy is an outstanding member of your team - nothing is too much and she goes above and beyond in all she does. She takes professional pride and care in the school and ensures that our site is maintained at a high level. Our buildings and school site are not easy - with many stairs and outbuildings and an old listed building to contend with, but she maintains a high standard in all areas at all times. Most importantly she thinks about the children - she recognises that this is their environment and always wants to make sure things are clean and safe for the children for the next day. She has even left them messages in the classroom, which the children love and she is widely respected by the children and all the staff.

Mandy is more than our cleaner - she is a complete team player who has a strong work ethic and moral code and we are fortunate to have her working in our family school; she more than deserves recognition."

Louisa CHAMBERLAIN who cleans Abbeys Primary School in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire

Victor Olowu from Rapid Clean, said:

"Louisa is a wonderful member of staff who goes above and beyond. She manages the day to day running of the site well. She has worked so hard and it's nice that the school recognise her efforts."

Sue, School Business Manager at Abbeys Primary School, said:

"Louisa is very deserving of a superstar award because that describes her perfectly - A Superstar!

She has a really positive, can-do attitude (which we like!) - one of her phrases is "that's no problem/we'll get it sorted". Sometimes a primary school classroom can be a bit of a mess at the end of the day - even despite the teacher and children trying their best tidy up - we do like glitter! She is flexible and manages the team of cleaners well to ensure the school is kept to a good standard of cleanliness and particular areas of need each day are addressed. She also works super-hard herself and takes pride in her work, communicates well and displays professionalism at all times."

Rodrigo MARQUES DA SILVA and Bruna MARCELLO DA SILVA who clean St Walburga's Catholic Primary School in Bournemouth, Dorset

Luke Granger from Rapid Clean, said:

"They both do an excellent job at St Walburgas school, very reliable and consistent."

Veronica SALVATERRA who cleans St Walburga's Catholic School in Bournemouth

Caroline, School Business Manager at St Walburga's, said:

"All our cleaners are amazing and work very hard. We would love them all to get an award and particularly our lead cleaner Veronica whose attention to detail is second to none. She worked here previously with our last contractor and we were thrilled when she came back to us working for you. As soon as she started back here we could see the difference as we had had a rocky start with cleaners leaving and down to none at one point, outstanding in every way.

All staff remark on how clean the school is kept and very grateful to them all. 100% cleaning, all stars! So if there is a team/site award please put ours forward."

Rapid Superstar Winner!

It has been a really tough choice as usual, with so many amazing employees being nominated! But there could only be one winner...

Grace NAKAYIZA who works at various Rapid Clean sites, but namely Comper Foundation Stage School in Oxford.

Anna Dabal, Contracts Manager at Rapid Clean, said:

"Grace is a lovely person and a very conscientious cleaner. Her presence at the sites she works at changed a lot - we have satisfied customers with high cleaning standards. I am proud that Grace represents Rapid the way she does. It's a pleasure to work with someone like Grace!"

Alice Lidell, Business Manager at Comper Foundation Stage School, said:

"We would enthusiastically recommend Grace for an Award! She is extremely polite and always friendly, coming in every day with a smile and always making the effort to say hello to myself and other staff in school. I don't think she has had a single day off since she started working here either!

As a nursery school, we often have a lot of weird and wonderful things lying around which are not always easily distinguishable as either rubbish to be thrown away or creations the children have made (sometimes I find it hard to tell!) but she always comes and checks if she is unsure...we love having Grace coming to Comper every day!

Having worked in other schools in the past where the cleaners are really unreliable and/or poor, it does make a big difference to have a great cleaning team and to be well supported by Anna who is also really lovely and helpful."

We are proud of our team and embrace the opportunity to recognise hard work and dedication whenever possible. Congratulations to Grace and every cleaning operative nominated this quarter. Thank you for your continued hard work.
