Rapid Superstar Award – Spring 2014

Rapid Superstar Award 1 We believe that having ‘ A Motivated Cleaning Team ‘ is one of the secrets to our success. The quarterly Rapid Superstar Award is a perfect opportunity to give praise where it’s due and reward one of our hard working cleaners who has gone above and beyond in their role.

We are always inundated with nominations from our team of Contracts Managers and this quarter was no exception. There can only ever be one winner however, and this latest award goes to Julius Kato, one of the cleaning operatives at Kia Motors in Walton-on-Thames, Surrey.

Julius has been working very hard at keeping Kia Motors’ new UK Head Quarters in the pristine manner required and was nominated by Kevin Mugasha for “his good attitude on site always giving everything to get the best results.”

This is what the Facilities Manager at Kia Motors had to say about Julius’ work:

“From day one Julius has provided an excellent service, in a discreet, courteous, yet cheerful and friendly manner. He is reliable and willing to help in any way he can to ensure the high standards we expect are achieved. Julius is a valued member of my outsourced service teams.” Tony Gardner

Julius is clearly a very worthy winner of the title ‘Rapid Superstar’. It’s great to have such a hard-working and reliable member of the team.
