Rapid Superstar Nominations – Quarter 1 of 2015

Suzanne Whitton • May 22, 2015

Our Rapid Superstar award scheme recognises the hard work and dedication of some of Rapid’s best cleaning operatives. Encouragement is key in this industry and we want to stand out from the rest by publicly acknowledging the commitment of some of our team members.

This quarter, the names that have been put forward as cleaners deserving of the Rapid Superstar title, are as follows….

Madeline Diatta   who cleans at Westmill Foods in Enfield.

“Since starting work with Madeline, I have notice good leadership skills, reliability, trustworthiness and a desire to do her job well. She has created a good working environment for her team and also the customer.” Joseph Muwonge, Contracts Manager

Susanna Pinto who cleans at Riverbourne Health Club in Chertsey.

“Susanna is a very reliable cleaner who consistently gets positive feedback from the customer. She is helpful and always willing to step in when needed, even if the site isn’t in her area.”   Lawrence Kalule, Contracts Manager

Henry Dube who cleans at NeoNickel and Las Iguanas in Milton Keynes.

“Henry is a pleasant individual and his customers adore him. He carries the Rapid flag proudly and a former manager of Las Iguanas is ready to give us a new site, if Henry can be involved as a member of staff. If only every site had a Henry, and I don’t mean the vacuum cleaner!”  Julie Busuttil, Regional Manager

“Andile is an outstanding cleaner whose standards are very good throughout both sites. His punctuality and attendance are exemplary. He is a credit to Rapid.”   Gareth Love, Contracts Manager

LGPS requirements are often misunderstood, yet they can have important financial and administrative implications for both schools and service providers. Understanding the basics early in the procurement process can help avoid delays, unexpected costs and compliance issues later on.
