Rapid Superstar – Quarter 3 of 2015

Suzanne Whitton • November 5, 2015

Our cleaners wouldn’t be working for us if they weren’t doing a fabulous job and in an ideal world, we would like to honour every one of them for their hard work. However, every quarter we like to pick out one cleaner who is going above and beyond in their current role and deserves the title of ‘Rapid Superstar’.

We recently asked all of our Regional Managers and Contracts Managers to put forward their chosen ‘superstars’ for quarter 3 of 2015 and the chosen few are as follows:

Carol Evans who works at Isis Innovation in Oxford,  as nominated by Jean Jenkins who said the following:

“No matter if she is ill or not, Carol always comes to work. She’s reliable and a very good candidate for the superstar award.”

Carol Hendin who works at Bristol Grammar,  as nominated by Cheryl Younger who said the following:

“Carol is a very reliable and committed member of staff. She is a great candidate for this award.”

Paul Gibson who works at Albea in Colchester, as nominated by Julie Busitil who said the following:

“Paul heads up the team of cleaners at Albea. This period has been extremely busy due to a couple of long- serving staff members leaving and they have covered all the areas and extra hours between them. The staff are very dependable and do what is necessary as a team to ensure an excellent service and delivery.”

Ronald Kalule who works at Ramblers Rest in Coulsdon, St Mildred’s Centre in Croydon, Palmerston Accountants in Purley,  as nominated by Joseph Muwonge who said the following:

“He is dedicated to the job and well-liked by all the customers he works for. Ronald communicates well to his customers and I have had no issues on his sites since I started working with him.”

Carol Wilson who works at St John the Evangelist in , as nominated by Tom Bagaza who said the following:

“As soon as Carol started working with us at this site, she made an impact. Whenever I go to inspect the site, they always give great feedback. She tries her best to get into work and consistently goes the extra mile.”

Natalie Boweren who works at several sites in the local area , as nominated by Premek Wrotnowski who said the following:

“Natalie doesn’t require supervision, is very reliable and never lets me down. She always helps when needed.”

Sarah Jane Welch who works at Draper Tools in Eastleigh , as nominated by Gareth Love who said the following:

“Sarah is very efficient, willing and is happy to go above and beyond to get the job done.”

Alan Graham Smith who works at Wokingham Medical Centre , as nominated by Bernice Anim who said the following:

“An excellent worker and a person one can rely on. Alan is always willing to stay on and complete the task.”

Although every nominee will receive a small gift, we always invite the winner to our head office when he/she will receive a bigger individual prize for their hard work and dedication to the company. We will be announcing the winner in the next few weeks.
