Our Latest Rapid Superstar

We are a little behind announcing this month's Superstar but we've had so many excellent cleaners nominated that it was difficult to choose. What a great problem to have!  Below are all the cleaners who were nominated by their managers and customers, including the runners up and finally the winner...

Rapid Winner Award

Superstar Nominees:

Leila DEAN who cleans Claytons Primary School in Bourne End, Buckinghamshire

Frank Twum from Rapid Clean said:

"We have been short of staff in the school, but she goes out of her way to make sure the school is spotless every day - she is amazing!"

Dilek OZKALI and Sandra KAZUTINA who clean Highover JMI School in Hitchin, Hertfordshire

Piotr Szulc from Rapid Clean said:

"Great attitude, willing to work hard, willing to help and good cleaners."

Superstar Runners Up:

Jack PAREDES VASQUEZ who cleans Surrey Docks Leisure Centre and Castle Centre in London

Ingrid Antonio from Rapid Clean said:

"He is reliable, never lets me down and does a great job. He is always willing to step in and help at other sites when needed."

Trevor Pardoe, General Manager at The Castle Centre said:

"We are so happy Jack is back he is a real credit to the Castle team; always helpful and willing to go above and beyond."

Anna CELEJEWSKI who cleans St Stephen's Church in Hammersmith, London

Aga Skupien from Rapid Clean said:

"As an operative she is very committed, reliable and responsible and goes over and above to help. She is a real angel."

Nicola from St Stephen's Church said:

"I’m delighted to hear that Anna has been nominated for this quarter's Rapid Superstar Award! We are very pleased with the standard of cleaning and attention to detail that Anna undertakes. Anna is also reliable which is appreciated. We are a busy church and we have seen improvements in cleanliness recently. This has been recognised. Many thanks and ‘good luck’ to Anna!"

Esther DUNCAN who cleans William Harding School in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire

Victor Olowu from Rapid Clean said:

"Esther is a very hard worker, reliable and her commitment to work is second to none."

Jennifer, Business Support Manager at William Harding School said:

"Esther is possibly one of the nicest people I have ever met. She is methodical, enthusiastic, organised (she literally thinks of everything before I do!) and incredibly conscientious. Throughout the COVID restrictions she was flexible no matter what new rule was thrown her way and always just adjusted and got the job done to the best of her abilities. She manages the team so well and is always smiling. She has high standards and if something isn't right she is is very quick to fix it and stop it happening again. If ever I heard of a more fitting award for Esther then 'Superstar' would be it."

Iveta TVRDIKOVA who cleans Chipping Norton Health Centre in Oxfordshire

Anna Dabal from Rapid Clean said:

"I nominate Iveta Tvrdikova for amazing performance and being the spine of this contract! She is simply fantastic and the client will confirm with flying colours."

Yolanda, Medical Secretary at Chipping Norton Health Centre said:

"I am writing again, as I did last year, about the wonderful Iveta who works for us at Chipping Norton Health Centre. Every day, without fail, the building is immaculate from top to bottom. Any little extra or ‘clean this instead of that today’ is immediately acted upon. We run many Covid Vaccination Clinics at the weekend, for which extra cleaning has been required. Again, she took this in her stride, and made sure everything was beautifully cleaned every weekend, frequently coming in herself. It also takes a lot of organising. I highly commend Iveta for the Rapid Superstar award and sincerely hope this time she will be the winner rather that the runner up, as she so deserves it."

Kay GRAY and Maureen FEWINGS who clean Wicor Primary School in Fareham, Hampshire

James Saunders from Rapid Clean said:

"Kay started with Rapid as a cleaner but was promoted to Supervisor late last year. She has taken to her new role like a duck to water and has thrived with the extra responsibility. Kay and her colleague Mo work closely together and the results have been noticeable. The school is cleaner and the work is much more organised. Communication with myself and the client is brilliant. Maureen has been with us for around 2 years and has been fantastic for Rapid. She always comes to work with a smile, and has never missed a day. Her cleaning is fantastic."

Amanda, Senior Admin Manager at Wicor Primary School said:

"Mo (Maureen) & Kay have both worked extremely hard, working very much as a team, and covering absence without hesitation. They are always very amenable when it comes to the requirements of the school and are an important part of our school community. It would be wonderful if they were to both receive the award, as they couldn't deserve it more."

Winner congratulations

Superstar Winner:

Stefan DAMYANOV who cleans Siemens Energy Ltd in Winscombe, Somerset

Peter Soares from Rapid Clean said:

"Stefan is a hard worker, smart, reliable cleaner, always delivering great cleaning standards at a very busy site."

Graham, Site Manager at Siemens said:

"Stefan has maintained the levels of cleanliness throughout the COVID-19 Pandemic and without his hard work I am sure we would have struggled to keep the site open. The numbers of positive cases have been minimal, which I'm sure are as a result of his hard work, he also is a pleasure to deal with and nothing is ever too much trouble, a really valued member of the Sandford Team."
