Announcing Our Latest Employee(s) of the Season

Our Employee of the Season Award is an opportunity for employees to recognise the hard work of colleagues and ensure that it does not go by unnoticed. It remains a highlight for everyone, not just the winner!


We always have such a range of nominations and this season it was another tie-breaker.

Diana Marothy, Contracts Manager

  • Diana has always managed her own area exceptionally well. But recently there has been a noticeable shift in helping other managers who have been struggling – it is great to see!


  • Diana has really stood out for me. She is dedicated and really cares about her area. She also helps out with other CMs, even though she’s really busy herself. On a personal level, I think she is lovely, funny and a pleasure to work with 😊


  • For being such a team player. She has been very helpful this quarter.


  • She is very committed and works hard. I think she has really stepped up and it should be recognised with this award.


Bernice Anim, Contracts Manager


  • She is working her socks off to ensure there are cleaners for her new sites, yet remains organised, efficient and good humoured. She’s an inspiration.


  • I know how hard-working she is and even if she’s under stress, she always remains pleasant and makes a point of asking how everyone else is when she comes into the office. She is also helpful and good at getting back to me and sorting out any little issues with customers.


  • My reason for voting for Bernice is the way how she has handled the working stress during these hard times. Bernice herself has been struggling and still struggling but never stopped helping other CMs even in different regions. She has stayed positive all the time, taking on new contracts with quick starts even without TUPE but never complained although she's working long hours and having little sleep. Bernice really deserves this award.


  • This person never stops working. Her dedication to the role, without moaning, is amazing. She is a delight to work with and such a great team worker.

The average person in the UK emits 13 tonnes of CO2 per annum. According to data from the Carbon Trust, the average small-to-medium enterprise (SME) in the UK generates around 15 tonnes of CO2 equivalent (tCO2e) annually.
