A Warm Welcome to our Newest Team Members!

meet the new team members

As an organisation we are proud to have a good track record for employee retention - on average, our head office staff remain with us for 8 years. Inevitably people do move on, or in this case, the organisation grows! Please join us in welcoming two new members to our operations team and one to the sales team.

Read on to find out a bit more about Melania, Mirela and Mark...

Melania

Mark Saunders

Mark Saunders - Business Development and Sales Executive

Living on the south coast makes Mark the perfect person to be looking after new business in this area (Sussex, Dorset, Hampshire). Although new to the cleaning industry he comes from a sales background and is a welcome addition to the sales team. This is what Mark had to say about his new role with Rapid:

"I enjoy meeting clients and really understanding the operational side of their business. I like building a personable relationship with my clients which does not end once they come on board. I bring business knowledge, hard work and a genuine hunger to do the best for my clients."

We've also had 99 new cleaning operatives join our team since October 2021! Welcome to all 102 new Rapid team members.
