Rapid Superstar Quarter 1 of 2016 Winner

Suzanne Whitton • Jun 06, 2016

You will know that we had some incredible nominations for this quarter’s Superstar Award. Having received feedback from our customers, there was a clear winner – Ronald Kalule who has been a Rapid employee since November 2010.

Ronald has made a fantastic impression to both his employer and customers. This is what some of his customers had to say about him…

“I’m so happy Ronald has been chosen! He has worked at our company for quite a few years and has really made a difference. He is ultra reliable and anything pointed out to Ronald is always rectified immediately.”

Barbara, Palmerston Accounts

“Every day the centre is left spotlessly clean, with an air of freshness throughout – ensuring a great welcoming atmosphere for our users.

At weekends, our facilities are exceptionally busy yet Ron takes the challenge of the Monday morning cleaning in his stride, nothing is every overlooked and I often observe him doing those all important touches (such as cleaning the fingermarks off the glass doors).

The quality of Ronald’s work demonstrates the sense of personal pride and satisfaction he has doing his best and going that ‘extra mile’. We value the contribution he makes to St Mildred’s and he is a credit to your company.”

Richard, St Mildred’s Centre

“Ronald has been cleaning The Rambler’s Rest since I took over 4 years ago. In this time he has been very reliable and his standard of work is always consistent. On the rare occasion that something is missed or needs a bit more focus, he always ensures it is actioned straight away and without any fuss.

He is s a great asset to your company and I am very pleased to have him working here.”

Clint, The Rambler’s Rest

Left to Right: Jeff Whitton (Managing Director), Ronald Kalule, Peter Soares (Contracts Manager).

Congratulations Ronald, you are a fantastic asset to the Rapid team and we are very pleased to award you with the title of Rapid Superstar! We hope that you will be with us for many years to come.
